About us
Plymouth Undergraduate Surgeons Society (PUS) had just been fully established with a new functional website and we are getting more active than ever.
PUS is a student-led body run by a group of dedicated committee who are motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about surgery. We strive to supplement students with extra-curricular teaching with regards to surgery, hoping to bud out and nurture the surgeon in you!
The Aims of our society:
PUS is a platform for anyone who is interested in surgery to explore/create opportunities to further their experience in surgery. You can either learn from the microteaches, teach the microteaches, practise/show-off your surgical skills, link yourself up with a surgeon or even suggest something innovative to improve the learning in surgery. Hence, whether you are a budding surgeon or just keen on some teaching, PUS has something for you!
